The City of St. John's has announced that they are locating a 32 acre Community Park on Messenger Drive, connecting the Kelsey Commercial area and the Bristolwood Subdivision. Construction is slated to begin in 2015!

Currently under construction, the newest office building in St. John's is now leasing. Individual suites can be subdivided on each floor, or larger tenants can take entire floors of 15,000 sq ft each.
The building features 9 ft. ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, concrete tilt-up construction and ample parking for staff and visitors.
The Floor plate is 15,000 sq ft per floor, which can be subdivided.
Two Elevators will service the building from the lobby area.
