The City of St. John's has announced that they are locating a 32 acre Community Park on Messenger Drive, connecting the Kelsey Commercial area and the Bristolwood Subdivision. Construction is slated to begin in 2015!

Bristol Court Office Park
We have recently completed construction on our flagship Office Park on Kelsey Drive. Bristol Court is a five building office park totalling 150,000 sq feet of office space.
Constructed between 2011 and 2014, the five buildings are home to Anchor tenants such as Sunlife Financial, Stantec, Technip, PwC and MUNN Insurance. Bristol Court is owned and managed by NPR Commercial Property.
