We own and self-manage multiple real estate assets of varying classes, and we also offer third party management services for commercial buildings of all types.

We manage our properties in accordance with BOMA best practices, and have the ability to meet and exceed BOMA BEST® standard where required.

Our signature project at 130-140 Kelsey Drive is managed to the BOMA BEST® Gold Standard, and in 2022 was awarded the BOMA-NL "Earth Award" for our sustainability practices, and "Building of the Year" in 2022 and 2024.
